This Terms of Service (or “TOS”) is a legal agreement between you and Complete Errands. (”CompleteErrands.com” or “Service”) governing your use of the CompeteErrands.com website and its errand running services. By using, accessing or registering as a member of, or scheduling an errand from, you agree to be bound by and hereby become a party to all the terms of this TOS. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this TOS, you may not use CompeteErrands.com or any of its services.
We can amend this TOS by posting the amended version on the CompeteErrands.com website, which take effect when we post them. By continuing to access or use CompleteErrands.com after any such amendment, you agree to be bound by the terms of the amended TOS.
Errand Running Services
The “Service” connects individuals and businesses (”Requesters”) that need errands run with individuals (”Errand Runners”) who have agreed to run errands based on the fees negotiated by the “Service”. Errand Runners are independent contractors and are not in the employ of CompleteErrands.com. The “Service” does not check the backgrounds or in anyway screen Errand Runners. When interacting with Errand Runners you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, as would be expected when interacting with any individual you were not familiar with.
CompleteErrands.com WILL NOT be liable for any claim, injury or damage arising in connection with the use of the “Service”. Further more CompleteErrands.com expressly disclaims any liability that may arise between Requesters of the “Service” and Errand Runners.
Payment Policy
Requesters are required to pay for errands before they are run. Prices for errands are determined on the information provided by the requester at the time the errand request is submitted. The “Service” may require additional information before it can provide a quote for the errand the Requester has submitted. The “Service” will charge the Requesters credit card or PayPal account according to the amount agreed upon between the Requester and the “Service”. Payments are made for the specific errand being requested and quoted, and you hereby authorize the “Service” to charge your payment method for such amounts. Payments will not apply for other errands in the case the errand can not be completed or the Requester is due a refund.
Ability To Use The “Service”
It is at the sole discretion of the “Service” to determine who may or may not use the “Service”. The “Service” may decide to remove a Requester’s right to use the “Service” for any or no reason by providing the Requester with written or email notification. Removal of access to the service will occur at the time the notice is provided.
Disclaimer of Warrenties
USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CompleteErrands.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, attorneys, independent contractors, providers, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, loss, expense or demand of liability, including attorneys’ fees and costs incurred, in connection with your use or inability to use the “Service”
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING TERMS OF USE AND THE COMPLETEERRANDS.COM PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF THE SERVICE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TERMS OF SERVICE.
